- Directed entire merger process including the integration of 1,000-employees, all systems and state, federal, SEC and NASDAQ regulatory approvals. Managed all investor relations activities.
- Reduced DSO (day’s sales outstanding) from 85 days to 65 days over last three years.
- Led negotiation of a $24 million debt for equity swap that relieved the company of debt burden.
- Completed 15 acquisitions from $1 to $45 million purchase price.
- Assisted in the development of IRIS (InSight Radiology Information System), a fully integrated information system including patient demographics, imaging procedures and billing and collections.

Frank Russo is the Vice President of Risk Management for Silverado Senior Living, based in Irvine, Calif. Silverado operates memory care communities in multiple States as well as providing home care, care management, and hospice care through its Silverado At Home and Silverado Hospice service lines, for a total of 36 operating locations and approximately 2600 employees. Frank is responsible for all aspects of Silverado’s company-wide Risk Management program, which includes Legal, Professional Insurance and Employee and Resident Safety. Frank came to Silverado in 2005 from the Insurance Carrier side where he had worked for a Fortune 200 company. Franks creative and proven Risk Management programs and policies have been the recipient of numerous local and National awards and profiled in both industry and business publications alike. Frank holds a Bachelors of Science from Arizona State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University.
