
An accomplished senior executive with unique, successful corporate leadership experience, Loren Shook's background is in managing and developing high-growth assisted living communities, behavioral health care systems and sub-acute care hospitals throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom. His excellent visionary, networking, analytic, creative and decision making skills give him the proven ability to conceptualize, implement and direct systems from strategic planning through development to daily operation.


Stephen Winner is an acknowledged leader in the health care industry in the provision of long-term care services to persons with Alzheimer's disease. He has the proven ability to conceptualize, develop and manage unique facilities and programs, which provide excellent state-of-the-art care with a high degree of profitability.

Randy Platt joined Silverado as Senior Vice President of Silverado Hospice and Silverado At Home January 1, 2010. Randy brings to Silverado Senior Living over 22 years of experience and expertise in the areas of operations, finance, business development and health plan and managed care development. He was most recently the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors for Community SeniorServ Inc., the largest west coast food and nutrition provider serving older Americans through Title III Federal and state funds. Prior to that Randy has held senior management positions for National Healing Corp., U.S. Healthworks Inc., and Healthsouth, to name a few. Randy received his Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration from California State University, Long Beach.


Michelle Egerer joined Silverado Senior Living in May 2002. Her 30-year career in health care management includes start-ups, turnarounds and mergers and acquisitions. For over 20 years, Michelle has served in top executive positions including Administrator and Chief Executive Officer for a variety of behavioral health care companies. With her extensive clinical and operations background and experience, she brings a unique knowledge of business and leadership development, finance and operations expansion, combined with compassion and a thorough understanding of how to serve individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. Michelle currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association of Orange County. She is actively involved in the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) and Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA). Her interest and involvement with dementia grew from personal experience with her grandmother. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Irvine and received her graduate degree from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri.


Kathy Greene has worked in long-term care for the elderly for 20 years in a variety of environments, including skilled nursing, assisted living and county service agencies. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from San Diego State University with a concentration in Aging and Administration. Kathy has dedicated her career to making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
