OUR LIFE CARE MANAGERS (LCMs)
Help you evaluate and manage the care needs of your family member, direct their care plan and assist with interventions for individuals and families. This assistance may include assessment, counsel, and coordination of services as well as assignment and assurance of the highest quality care-giving. The LCM acts as a professional resource for family members by providing advice, direction, and support. The LCMs are available to you through the on-call system, 24 hours a day seven days per week. LCMs are typically Registered Nurses or Master Prepared Social Workers, highly experienced, and an excellent resource to answer your questions.

OUR AT HOME ADMINISTRATORS
Direct, through key personnel, all operations of a Silverado At Home branch, ensuring the highest level of service and care is provided. Additionally, they also oversee management of life care, hiring and training of personnel, and ensure a positive experience with your At Home care team.

OUR HOME CARE CONSULTANT
Is a terrific tool for any family with questions about Silverado At Home. Consultants use their expertise to explain all Silverado services to prospective clients, and their families from first call through the initiation of service to help you understand all of your care options. Depending on the needs of the client, these services may include comprehensive assessment, care management services, and home care services each with the goal of aiding families receive the help they need.

OUR PERSONAL ATTENDANTS
Our Personal Attendants will assure you and give you peace of mind that your loved one has a trustworthy, compatible companion and compassionate home helper. Our Personal Attendants are not contracted workers but valued employees of Silverado. During the highly selective employment process, each potential attendant is thoroughly interviewed and carefully screened. Our commitment is to hire the very best available personal attendants to help you and your loved one. Our rigorous, in-depth process includes state and federal criminal background checks with ongoing alerts, state health screening, continuing education, licensure, and references. As employees of Silverado you can rest easy knowing that the Personal Attendant in your home is covered with Workers Comp and Liability insurance. Your opinions and feedback are highly valued, and our goal to create a meaningful Silverado partnership to care for your loved one is vitally important. Frequent performance reviews with client input and special ongoing training are keys to the Silverado commitment to provide one-on-one assistance to clients. Your personal assistant may perform activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, etc.), homemaking routines (cleaning and cooking), provide transportation to appointments or outings, organize activities of daily living (bathing, dressing etc.), encourage exercise, and other functions. A Plan of Care for your loved one will be created for the Personal Attendant to follow and will be actively supervised by one of our Professional Life Care Managers. Personal attendants are one of the most important human assets in the front lines of the community, and represent the Silverado values dedicated to maximizing your loved one’s quality of life.
