Kathleen DeLeo, MSW, MPH
AdministratorKathleen DeLeo brings to Silverado almost a decade of experience in dementia care and health care for seniors. Her professional experience includes working with memory-impaired older adults in adult day health care; community organizing; providing education about hospice services; and conducting individual and group therapy sessions in hospital and community settings.
Kathleen received her Master's degree in Social Work and Public Health with a specialization in gerontology from Boston University. She received her undergraduate degree from Regis College. Kathleen is an Associate Clinical Social Worker and a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
Nancy Kavin, MFT
Geriatric Care ManagerNancy Kavin has been a Geriatric Care Manager with Silverado since January of 2006 based in the LA/Ventura County area. Nancy brings a wealth of social work experience with her to Silverado. She has a BA in Speech Pathology and a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the California Family Study Center. Nancy has experience working in the foster care arena both with children and adults with Developmental Disabilities. She was the administrator of two Adult Group Homes and then worked for an Assisted Living Community in the West Valley as the Assisted Living Coordinator prior to coming to Silverado. Nancy has worked with families for many years and enjoys helping others.
Kelly Hull, MSW
Geriatric Care ManagerKelly Hull has worked with older adults in a variety of settings, including with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Her clinical experience includes providing individual and group therapy to people experiencing a range of psychiatric, substance abuse, environmental and medical concerns, as well as providing case management services to older adults living in board and cares.
Kelly received her Master's degree in Social Work, which a specialization in Gerontology, from University of California, Los Angeles. She received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus in Counseling, from California State, Northridge. She is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) in the state of California, working toward social work licensure.
