Panida Ferris
Administrator
Panida Ferris is the Administrator for Silverado At Home; having brought with her over ten years of management experience in finance and extensive work as a Counselor and Family Therapist. Along with her professional experience she has also dedicated her time to continual hours of volunteer service within organizations such as Meals on Wheels and the Orange County Public Law Center.
Prior to her professional career, Panida strived to achieve her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California in Irvine where she went on to obtaining her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, where she graduated at the top of her class.
Panida brings to Silverado her drive and passion for working hands-on to better the community.
Prior to her professional career, Panida strived to achieve her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California in Irvine where she went on to obtaining her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, where she graduated at the top of her class.

Pamela Leszczynski
Home Care Consultant
Pamela Leszczynski is the Home Care Consultant for Silverado At Home in Orange County.
Pam understands firsthand how difficult caring for a loved one can be. The primary care provider for both parents through end of life Hospice, Pam believes the task is far too large for anyone to face alone. Joining Silverado At Home in 2008, she feels the services and options available through our continuum of care are the perfect answer. Pam offers families much needed support and a message of hope, sharing the Silverado message that love is greater than fear.
Pam volunteers with the Orange County Alzheimer’s Association as a Support Group Facilitator and has been an advocate voice in Sacramento. Being a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader provides Pam another avenue to help caregivers and Alzheimer’s patients feel better and experience joy. Pam and her husband Michael love living in Laguna Beach and have been married 27 years. They have a beautiful daughter named Marisa.

Jennifer Nguyen
Life Care Manager
Jennifer Nguyen is the Life Care Manager for Silverado At Home - Orange County. She has worked with clients in a variety of capacities, most notably as a therapist, assessor, and researcher. Her passion for helping and supporting others in a positive and an impactful way has brought her to Silverado. She hopes to continue enriching the lives of those affected by dementia, and to uphold Silverado’s mission and vision.
Jennifer received a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University. In her spare time, she hunts for vintage treasures, whips up home-cooked meals for family and friends, is interested in arts and crafts of any kind, and indulges in extreme sports (with the appropriate safety gear intact).

Sogol Philipson
Life Care Manager
Sogol comes to Silverado with a breadth of knowledge and experience in behavioral health and case management. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and is fluent in Farsi.
Her passion for serving elderly populations grew from childhood experiences of being raised by her grandparents and from her recent endeavors as a caregiver for her grandmother, who is affected by Alzheimer’s.

Art Alvarez
Office Manager
Art Alvarez is the Office Manager for Silverado At Home – Orange County. Art came on board Silverado’s team in 2006 as a Recruiter where he then worked until he was promoted to Office Manager.
Prior to joining Silverado’s team he attended National University where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
Art shares Silverado’s core values and strives to exemplify such in his daily life. He brings to Silverado his extensive background in customer service and business as well as having provided Silverado key points in growth for the companies quality of service for clientele.

Cheryl Ribas
Recruiter/Trainer
Cheryl Ribas is the Recruiter for Silverado At Home in Orange County. While working toward a career in the Fashion industry she realized her true calling in life was helping others grow through Recruiting and Career Development. She then made the decision that would ultimately change the course of her career.
Prior to joining Silverado Cheryl worked as a Career Specialist for a local college where she developed graduating students careers in the medical field, specializing in job placement and training. Notable is her time working as a Corporate Recruiter where she recruited and hired over four hundred candidates throughout the Orange County and Inland Empire region.
Cheryl brings to Silverado her passion for helping others, her vast knowledge in Career Development and over eleven years of customer service experience.

Anna Maurizi
Scheduling Coordinator
Anna Maurizi is the scheduling coordinator for Silverado at Home. Joining the team in October 2011, Anna brings with her a background in event scheduling, customer service, and Alzheimer’s care.
She graduated from California State University, Fullerton with dual B.A. degrees in American Studies and Ethnic Studies where she originally planned on continuing her schooling to become a college professor but quickly realized she wants to focus on obtaining an advanced degree in Social Work and work directly with those in need throughout Southern California communities.
While attending college, Anna was the live-in caregiver for her grandmother who suffers from Alzheimer's. Her personal experience with the condition has heightened her understanding of what it takes to staff compassionate care-givers with Silverado at Home clients. Knowing the specific needs of the client is crucial in creating an environment for them to live happy and healthy lives.
