Art Alvarez
Administrator
Arthur H. Alvarez joined Silverado At Home in 2006 as a staff recruiter and was soon promoted to Office Manager before taking on an interim-Administrator role at our Los Angeles office and later becoming the full-time Administrator in Orange County. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and brings with him a strong background in customer service and business development.
Jennifer Nguyen
Life Care Manager
Jennifer Nguyen is the Life Care Manager for Silverado At Home - Orange County. She has worked with clients in a variety of capacities, most notably as a therapist, assessor, and researcher. Her passion for helping and supporting others in a positive and an impactful way has brought her to Silverado. She hopes to continue enriching the lives of those affected by dementia, and to uphold Silverado’s mission and vision.
Jennifer received a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University. In her spare time, she hunts for vintage treasures, whips up home-cooked meals for family and friends, is interested in arts and crafts of any kind, and indulges in extreme sports (with the appropriate safety gear intact).

Rowena Cole, RN, BSN
Life Care Manager
Rowena Cole is a Registered Nurse and a geriatric Life Care Manager (LCM) with Silverado At Home, Orange County. She is a Licensed Administrator for RCFE's (Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly) and is an active volunteer with the Emergency Department of Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills. Before embarking on her career in geriatric nursing, Rowena earned a Law Degree while raising her three young children. Her strong personal and professional ethics and true compassionate spirit aid her in being an effective Silverado Life Care Manager with a daily goal of simply giving life to those she serves.
Anna Maurizi
Scheduling Coordinator
Anna Maurizi is the scheduling coordinator for Silverado at Home. Joining the team in October 2011, Anna brings with her a background in event scheduling, customer service, and Alzheimer’s care.
She graduated from California State University, Fullerton with dual B.A. degrees in American Studies and Ethnic Studies where she originally planned on continuing her schooling to become a college professor but quickly realized she wants to focus on obtaining an advanced degree in Social Work and work directly with those in need throughout Southern California communities.
While attending college, Anna was the live-in caregiver for her grandmother who suffers from Alzheimer's. Her personal experience with the condition has heightened her understanding of what it takes to staff compassionate care-givers with Silverado at Home clients. Knowing the specific needs of the client is crucial in creating an environment for them to live happy and healthy lives.
