Robin Provost
Administrator
Robin Provost is the Administrator for Silverado At Home - Houston. She received her Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration specializing in Long Term Care from Texas State University.
While doing her internship in the nursing home, she knew she had found her calling working with the elderly population and has enjoyed doing that for 15 plus years. She has worked as a nursing home administrator, assisted living administrator and as a Regional Director of Marketing in hospice. With these experiences, she has a great understanding that, just as we all have different personalities, we each have a different idea of how we would like to age and in what environment.
Robin welcomes the opportunity to speak with anyone wanting to learn more about the difference Silverado can make in their life or the life of a loved one.

Life Care Manager
Christine Holfus is the Life Care Manager for Silverado At Home - Houston.
Tracy Chiari
Life Care Manager
Tracy Chiari joined Silverado with over six years experience as a licensed professional Geriatric Care Manager. She has been a geriatric social worker for over 15 years and has worked with the elderly in a variety of healthcare settings including acute care hospital, home care and hospice. Tracy has a BS in Psychology and a MSW from the University of Houston. She is an advanced clinician (LCSW) and Certified Advanced Social Work case Manager (C-ASWCM). Tracy is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAGPCM), the Houston Gerontological Society and volunteer on the Speaker’s Bureau at the Alzheimer’s Association. Her specializations include Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias, mental health issues and end of life support.

Office Manager/Recruiter
Laura brings over 16 years of Staffing Expertise to her role as Staffing Coordinator. Laura enjoys working closely with her Personal Care Attendants to find the perfect match for her clients.
