Kathryn Bennett, LMSW

Administrator

Kathryn began her career at Silverado in 2007, as Director of Resident Engagement for our memory-care assisted living community in Plano, Texas. Since then, she has been in leadership roles throughout Silverado’s continuum of care, as an Interim Administrator for Silverado Hospice and now as an Administrator with Silverado At Home.

Kathryn has over eight years of experience in the medical industry and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Texas, as well as a Master’s degree in Social Work from Texas A&M University.

Sharon Lineberry

Life Care Manager

Sharon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Texas Women’s University. Her wide-ranging knowledge of nursing includes personal experiences in providing care for her parents with dementia and clinical experience in nursing assessments, rehabilitation, mental health, substance abuse and depression. Sharon also brings to Silverado, a passion for helping those in need and a devotion to developing relationships that bring LIFE to our clients.

Jenny Madden

Home Care Consultant

Jenny is a kindhearted individual with a passion for serving others. Her extensive career has included teaching tennis to children and seniors, being a librarian, a teacher, a social worker, and an in-home caregiver for her grandmother who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. These experiences have been the driving force behind Jenny’s commitment to serving those in need. As a Home Care Consultant with Silverado At Home, Jenny now dedicates herself to improving the lives of seniors, by educating them on the best options for in-home care.

Jared Wright

Office Manager / Recruiter

Jared is a lifelong Texan whose passion for serving others grew from his experience of seeing both his grandfathers become affected by memory-impairing diseases. Jared joined Silverado in 2008 and has since taken on the roles of both office manager and recruiter. Through his direct efforts, our office has been able to recruit and train the best in-home caregivers, Life Care Managers and personal attendants, with a focus on hiring individuals whose personal ethics most reflect our operating philosophy of “Love is Greater than Fear.”

Kimberly Finley

Staffing Coordinator

Kimberly has worked in several industries including non-profit, telecommunications and corporate recruiting. Her expertise as a staffing coordinator and her compassion for providing high quality care allows her to effortlessly match our clients with Personal Attendants that best fit their needs.
