OUR PHYSICIANS
Medical Directors, in conjunction with the patient's primary physician, oversee the plan of care and regularly consult with the hospice team. They are experts in pain and symptom management and are available for house calls.

OUR NURSES
Specially trained registered nurses are experts in managing pain and providing care. They are available 24 hour a day, seven days a week for regular home visits and problem solving.

OUR SOCIAL WORKERS
Medical social workers will be there to provide emotional support for the patient and the family, counsel on end-of-life issues, and help in coordinating community resources.

OUR CHAPLAINS
Interfaith chaplains are available for spiritual support for the patient and their family.

OUR HOME HEALTH AIDES/HOMEMAKER
Certified home health aides provide personal care, provide light housekeeping, laundry assistance, and meal preparation.

OUR VOLUNTEERS
Specially trained Silverado Hospice volunteers spend time with patients, lending a helping hand and assist loved ones.
