Administrator
Monica Lewis-McCommas is the Administrator for Silverado Hospice - Dallas.
Monica joins us with a extensive experience in healthcare leadership that has ranged from hospice to acute hospital management. She most recently lead the ownership transition of Integra Hospital of Plano as their interim CEO. Monica has a MA in Clinical Psychology from Newport University and attended Texas Christian University for her undergraduate studies.

Kuldeep Singh, M.D. is the Medical Director for Silverado Hospice - Dallas.
Karlan Fairchild
Spiritual Counselor
Karlan is an ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). He graduated with a Master’s of Divinity from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University. Karlan spent two years in residency in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at the VA Medical Center in Dallas. I’ve worked for Silverado Hospice as PRN on-call chaplain since 03/15/10. Karlan grew-up in Richardson, TX . He feels blessed to have the opportunity to have this wonderful vocation and provide pastoral care to patients and family members.

Amy Mannon is the Admissions Coordinator for Silverado Hospice in Dallas.
Dr. Ajay Pathak
Assistant Medical Director
Dr. Pathak comes to Silverado Hospice- Dallas from a well-established practice in the DFW metroplex. The Dallas office is grateful to have Dr. Pathak's 18 years of extensive hospice experience working with them.
Dr. Pathak was educated in India getting his undergraduate degree from Saurashtra University and attending medial school at M.P. Shah Medical College. Along with Silverado, he also serves as Medical Director for the Dallas Medical Center Family Clinic and Prime Family Medicine. He is involved with the Texas Indian Physician Society and is an Executive Committee Member for them.
