Tana McMillon

Administrator

Tana McMillon has been with Silverado Senior Living for 9 years. Tana is a Certified Activities Director and Certified Assisted Living Manager with over 15 years experience in the senior living profession. She started her career in Skilled Nursing as a Certified Activity Director and eventually worked into dementia care. Tana had the opportunity to work as an Activities Consultant for the Houston area, and operated a business that provided assistance to senior citizens. Currently, she chairs for Senior Community Games and The Memory Walk. Tana has great appreciation for volunteer work and spent many hours as a Jr. Volunteer. She encourages providing those opportunities at Silverado as well. Tana has 3 children for whom she published a book and loves road trips to my home town in California.

Pamela Jones

Culinary Director

Pamela Jones has been employed with Silverado Senior Living since November 19, 2002. She has more than 15 years of experience in Food Service. She is passionate about food quality and is always willing to try fresh ideas. Pam gives LIFE to Silverado residents through food, as well her love for them.

Pam began as a tray-aide at Silverado Senior Living and worked her way up to Culinary Director. Her knowledge about food and presentation is remarkable. She also expands into The Woodlands Community catering for presentations and seminars given by Silverado Senior Living The Woodlands. She loves interacting with the residents on a daily basis.
