OUR MEDICAL DIRECTORS
Are board certified physicians who are experts in areas of specialty such as neurology, internal medicine, geriatrics and psychiatry. They are involved in the oversight of the quality of care at each of our Silverado communities. Our Medical Directors collaborate directly with the residents' personal attending physicians and with the Silverado team to provide both the patient and their family the highest level of care. By acting as a liaison between the attending physician and the resident, our directors are able to provide invaluable information and comprehensive preventative care.

OUR ADMINISTRATORS
Set the tone for a positive, encouraging, and enjoyable environment for each resident. The Administrator takes pride in managing the care services and vision for the community. They are responsible for the positive home-like experience the residents receive at Silverado, down to the fulfillment of their smallest need. The Administrator's goal is to achieve the highest level of quality in each service provided to a resident and his or her family. To this end, they meet with staff daily to review planned activities, ensuring that an encouraging and life enriching environment is provided. Our Administrators want to help and have the authority to resolve any questions or concerns.
