Mandy Ecob

Office Manager
Mandy joined the Silverado team in November 2009. Born and raised in Iowa, Mandy relocated to Arizona in 1996 where she resides with her husband. Her passion for working with seniors started while she was in high school, working after school at a retirement community in Ames, Iowa.

Mandy has served the healthcare field in an accounting and finance role for the last fourteen years. She was immediately impressed by the premier care afforded to Silverado residents. “The quality of care afforded to Silverado residents is amazing…all associates care for the residents on such a personal level. In addition, Silverado ensures a licensed nurse is at the community twenty-four hours per day….too few assisted living communities offer that service which is something I would desire if placing my father in a community.”
