Annie Medina is the Director of Health Services for Silverado Senior Living - Beverly Place.

Margot Ribo joined the Silverado family in 2009 as Family Ambassador for Beverly Place.  Margot took a circuitous path to finding her passion for care at Silverado Senior Living - Beverly Place. With double majors in Liberal Arts, Ethnic Studies and Art History minor, Margot began a cultural adventure of life and studies abroad which enhanced her ability to connect  with diverse peoples.  Margot’s innate empathy for the human condition was a catalyst for her journey into healthcare in the multicultural city of Los Angeles fifteen years ago. 

Margot’s passion for her work is evidenced by her extraordinary capacity to empathize, listen and understand.   Margot embraces direct communication and accountability as her core values. Margot is proud to be part of Silverado as she sets an example for world class care and changes the world through Silverado’s philosophy that love is greater than fear.  “I have witnessed miraculous and life changing moments with my work at Silverado and look forward to many  years of Bringing Love, Innovation, Family and Engagement  to our Silverado families and residents”.  –Margot Ribo

Margot has two families, Beverly Place and Park LaBrea where she lives with her husband and two young children.  Margot is an amateur photographer and writer. She is active in the local Jewish community, plays tennis, enjoys listening to old stories and loves to sing with her daughter Noa and son Giuppe.
