Wet & Wild in Texas
The Silverado residents waved to people standing on the Boardwalk as the boat pulled away from the dock. When they passed the last buoy in the channel, the boat began to go faster. Seconds later - WHOOSH - they welcomed the first of many splashes of warm gulf water! Screaming, laughing and covered with water, their big Texas hair was soaked and then blown dry by the wind rushing at them. Half an hour later, their feet back on the Kemah Boardwalk, one of the ladies said with a smile, "I don't have a dry thread on my body." Nobody did; yet everyone agreed their wet and wild ride on the Boardwalk Beast was a peak LIFE experience. Read Story
