In March of 2002, Rachael joined the Silverado Senior Living team, beginning this experience as the Therapeutic Recreation Specialist at Silverado Sugar Land. She spent two years supervising the Resident Engagement Department and three years as the Family Ambassador. Rachael continued to grow with Silverado and took the new role as Administrator in Training and then Administrator of Silverado Kingwood in 2006. She is pleased to continue her growth with Silverado after being afforded the opportunity to head to Dallas as the Administrator for Silverado Senior Living Valley Ranch.
