2010 ALFA Award for Best of the Best "Right Stuff" Recruiting Practices

Phoenix, Arizona - May 25, 2010 - Mark Nease, Senior Director of Human Resources, was recognized by Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) for de-centralizing recruiting practices to put tools for making smart hires directly into the hands of executive directors and supervisors companywide.  Supervisors use behavior-based interview approaches and health care-focused assessment tools to screen hires more effectively, reducing turnover and saving costs.
