Silverado Senior Living would like to congratulate Anne Ellett, Vice President of Health Services, for receiving the Dementia Award from the Center for Excellence in Assisted Living. The CEAL's fifth anniversary was celebrated with special awards program honoring excellence in assisted living.
Silverado was recognized for the "Grand Rounds Behavior Intervention" program that helps Silverado provide excellent care for resident with dementia through its multidisciplinary approach to managing challenging behaviors by monthly conference calls with experts and outside behavior specialists. Staff from all 20 Silverado communities can present challenging resident behaviors during the monthly "Grand Rounds."
Anne attended the awards ceremony in Washington D.C. to receive this prestigious award. Congratulations for continued excellence!
